The “back office” functions are the    heart of any firm’s daily operation.    Let us show you how to improve    them.

How can you offer such low prices? Are you able to maintain quality?

A. We deliver high-quality services at surprisingly affordable rates to small- and medium-sized Canadian companies by combining the power of the Internet with the low-cost expertise of qualified accounting and Payroll professionals in India. Our professionals have been working for a long time with Canadian companies and individuals helping them to cut costs in their Accounting, Payroll and Tax Services. In fact, you may be amazed at the level of personalization we can provide to you.

But if I'm in Canada, won't it be difficult to work with you in India?

A. Not at all! In fact, interacting with us will be at least as easy as dealing with any Canadian CPA that works off-site from your office. We think you'll find that our processes are remarkably convenient thanks to the power of the Internet.

I'm worried that the time difference between India and Canada will be a problem.

A. Our office in India operates in such a way as to be immediately available during much of Canadian business day. You can also reach us through our office in Irving, Texas! In fact, we take advantage of the time difference between Canada and India so that tasks you send in the evening on one day can be completed by the time you start work the next day.

What about language issues? Does your bookkeeping and payroll staff in India speak English well?

A. English is the first-language of business in India and all professionals there speak English fluently. You will not have any trouble communicating with us.

Are your people qualified? How do they know about Canadian taxes, accounting or payroll processes, etc.?

A. The Indian accounting system is based on the same bookkeeping methodology and standards that you use there in the US. We have sufficient numbers of licensed chartered accountants in our company (equivalent to the "CPA" certification in Canada). Thanks to their work experience for several Canadian companies, they are well acquainted with the details of Canadian business bookkeeping, personal and S-corp reporting and federal and state taxes. Our bookkeepers, accountants and payroll executives are trained to handle your work properly.

Why should I work with you rather than with our in-house bookkeeper or payroll persons ?

A. We specialize in assisting companies that are not large enough for a full-time in-house bookkeeper or payroll specialist and are looking for a way to save money on these business services. Our rates are all-inclusive - no extra payroll taxes, complicated tax forms or hidden costs. A set monthly fee gets you our personal attention to your work.

Will I have a dedicated bookkeeper or Payroll executive working on my stuff?

A. Yes. Your work will be assigned to an accounting or payroll professional on our team who handles your account exclusively. We encourage you to work directly with your bookkeeper or payroll professional regarding your accounts.

Do I have to hand over control of my accounts to you?

A. No. Our role is only to provide bookkeeping, payroll and tax reporting services. While we can set up methods of viewing your account information online, at no point do we actually gain any access to your funds. You have complete and exclusive control of your money.

What if I need to get hold of you in an emergency?

A. Just contact us by phone, fax, email or instant messenger to reach us. Someone from our team is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to answer your questions.

I've heard that many overseas suppliers undercut Canadian labor rates by exploiting workers and using unlicensed software. Is that what you do?

A. Absolutely not! Our team is made up of professionals that live well among the middle and upper-classes of Indian society. All of our software used in your work is fully licensed with Microsoft and Intuit. We don't compete on price alone but also on quality, professional and convenient service.

Will I have access to my data when I need it?

A. If you choose our online option, you'll have access to your data 24 hours a day, 7 days per week! It's always online and available to you without restriction. Our work is applied to your books in real time.

What if I'm not happy with your service?

A. Then you don't pay… It's as simple as that! Each month is billed at the end of the month and if you're not satisfied with the service you've received from us, we'll either make it right or you don't owe us for our work during that month.

How will I get access to my accounting or payroll data?

A. We use an application service provider (ASP) to host your bookkeeping software and data file. You can use your ID and password to access your accounting records at any time from any Internet accessible computer. The records are always up-to-date and accurate. This is the same procedure and technology your bank and the IRS use to access and process information. It is 100% secure and dependable with back-ups running in real time.

Who owns my data?

A. You do! With the ASP that we use to host the software, you can download the files back to your local computer if you ever decide to discontinue the service (not that you'd want to!).

Can other people access my data?

A. No one can have access to your data without your expressed permission. Our online service provider goes to great lengths when it comes to security. Indeed, your data is more secure than that of most companies which handle their accounting in-house. Your data is backed up on a real-time basis to an offsite backup facility. Also, the facility's power supply is connected to backup generators to protect against power failures. If you think about it, how many of us with computers in our offices implement this type of system and security?

Furthermore, security measures are taken to make sure that your information is protected out on the Internet. Each company's data is password-protected. You create your own passwords, so no one (not even the online service provider's employees) can see or have access to your password. As your data travels over the Internet, it is protected by a technology called Secure Sockets Layer or SSL encryption. SSL ensures that your data makes it to its destination without being decodable. For added security, your company needs to make sure your browser supports 128-bit encryption. This level of encryption is the highest currently supported by consumer web browsers. Be sure you are using the latest version of your web browser, as enhancements may have been made since you last upgraded.
